  • Duplicate Charges: If duplicate billing occurs due to system or payment errors, you may request a refund upon verification.
  • Benefit Errors: If credits are missing or features malfunction due to system issues, a refund or compensation may be issued upon verification.

(4) Non-Refundable Situations

  • User-initiated reasons: Such as no longer needing the service, accidental purchase, or insufficient understanding of the product's features.
  • Unused Benefits: Subscription benefits reset monthly. If users fail to utilize them, refunds will not be issued. This policy aligns with industry standards to ensure fairness.
